Main Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning Guest Rooms – Keeps rooms neat, clean, and ready for new guests.
  2. Changing Linen – Replaces bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels regularly.
  3. Cleaning Bathrooms – Ensures toilets, sinks, and showers are sanitized.
  4. Maintaining Public Areas – Keeps hotel lobbies, hallways, and other areas clean.
  5. Restocking Supplies – Provides soap, shampoo, water bottles, tea kits, etc.
  6. Laundry Services – Manages guest laundry and hotel linen cleaning.
  7. Reporting Damages – Informs the maintenance team about any damage in rooms.
  8. Ensuring Hygiene – Maintains cleanliness and follows safety rules.

  4. लॉबी और सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रों की सफाई
  5. सप्लाई भरना (साबुन, शैम्पू, पानी आदि)
  6. लॉन्ड्री सेवाएं देना
  7. खराब चीजों की सूचना देना (मेंटेनेन्स टीम को)
  8. स्वच्छता और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना
